Simply login to the admin panel on both installations. On both sites, you will hover over the Tools menu. On the old site, click Export. This should start a download to your computer of an XML file.
On the new site, click Import. You will first need to install the plugin that pops up. Once the plugin is installed, choose the file that you just downloaded and click Upload. Once the file upload is complete, you will prompted to download all files. Select that.
It may take a couple of minutes. Give it time to download everything. Once complete, you can redirect all links on the old site by renaming .htaccess to .htaccess.txt and uploading a new .htaccess file that looks like this:
RewriteRule (.*) http://newdomain.com/$1 [R=301,L]
Of course, you will need to change newdomain the new domain name where your site will be at AND if you have WordPress installed in any other directory other than the root directory of your old domain, you will need to modify RewriteBase to that directory name. i.e.: WordPress was installed at http://olddomain.com/blog/, you would change
